Uniform


Uniform
Students must wear the correct uniform. Failure to do so may result in non-admittance to the classroom or in the student having to remain at home until the correct uniform is procured.


Girls Basis Uniform Other Information
Skirt Pleated, plaid skirt. Preferably below knee-length, mid-knee length at least.
The knee must be partially or wholly covered. Students may not roll up the waistband of the skirt - this is the same as not wearing the correct skirt and will be sanctioned as such.
Pants Navy-blue pants with straight or boot leg.
Flares are not allowed. At its widest the pants must not reach beyond the instep: if it covers any part of the toes, it is too wide. No trims or stitching allowed along the hems or sides.
Pullover Navy-blue, round-necked pullover with school crest.
Blouse Light-blue blouse.
No t-shirt sould be visible beneath the blouse.
Shoes Black or navy-blue shoes with tights or socks to match.


Boys Basis Uniform Other Information
Trousers Dark-grey trousers with straight or boot leg.
Flares are not allowed. At its widest the pants must not reach beyond the instep: if it covers any part of the toes, it is too wide. No slits allowed in sides.
Pullover Navy-blue, round-necked pullover with school crest.
Shirt Light-blue shirt.
No t-shirt sould be visible beneath the shirt.
Shoes Black or navy-blue shoes with socks to match.


School Jacket
A unisex school jacket, displaying the school crest. This will be the only jacket allowed or accepted. A fleece may be purchased to wear beneath the jacket.


Jewellery
Girls may wear one small ear-ring in the lobe of each ear. No facial jewellery may be worn. No hair jewellery may be worn.

Boys are not allowed to wear any jewellery on the ears or face.


Make-Up
Excessive make-up is unacceptable. When worn it must be restrained and minimal.


Hair
Students should present themselves for school and class with clean, tidy and well-groomed hair. Excessive haircuts or extreme tinting or dying of hair is unacceptable. No hair jewellery may be worn. Parents' cooperation with the wearing of the school uniform and with their child's presentation for school would be much appreciated.


Denim
No jeans or any item in denim allowed.


Sport
Students are required to wear sports gear when playing games or P.E.


Property
Students are responsible for their own property and the school can accept no liability for any loss.
